Sphalerite on Quartz

Description:
Clusters of black sphalerite crystals with a reddish-brown tinge on a matrix of small, sparkly quartz crystals. Great sphalerite crystals and wonderful contrast. The usual sphalerites from this location are on gray dolostone -- this is different, attractive and three dimensional.

Bright-orange, gemmy wulfenite sitting up on a thin layer of bright-yellow mimetite which is on barite. Wonderful color.

Quartz on Agate

An unusual, three-dimensional piece with globular, blue agate coated with a thin layer of blue quartz.
